Chickpea Tacos

Preparation:

METHOD:
1. Put chickpeas, balsamic vinegar and soya sauce in a pan and fry at medium heat until roasted.
2. Mix tahini, water, lemon, garlic, maple syrup, salt, black pepper, parsley and cumin in a bowl with a whisk or with a blender.
3. Warm up the tortillas.
4. Mix in a bowl the chickpeas, veggies, dry cilantro and tahini dressing and fill your tortillas with the mixture.
5. Enjoy!

  • 6 tortillas
  • 1½ cups "Biona" chickpeas canned (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 tbsp "La Bio Idea" balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp "Healthy Life" soy sauce
  • 1 avocado (cubes)
  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 red pepper (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • ¼ of a small red cabbage (sliced)
  • ¼ tsp "Nisos Gi" dry cilantro
  • ¼ cup "Green Family" tahini
  • ⅛ cup water
  • Juice from a ½ small lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp "Maple Shek" maple syrup
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley to taste (chopped)
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
