Chickpea Tacos

Preparation:
METHOD:1. Put chickpeas, balsamic vinegar and soya sauce in a pan and fry at medium heat until roasted.
2. Mix tahini, water, lemon, garlic, maple syrup, salt, black pepper, parsley and cumin in a bowl with a whisk or with a blender.
3. Warm up the tortillas.
4. Mix in a bowl the chickpeas, veggies, dry cilantro and tahini dressing and fill your tortillas with the mixture.
5. Enjoy!

Ingredients- 6 tortillas
- 1½ cups "Biona" chickpeas canned (drained and rinsed)
- 1 tbsp "La Bio Idea" balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp "Healthy Life" soy sauce
- 1 avocado (cubes)
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 red pepper (chopped)
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- ¼ of a small red cabbage (sliced)
- ¼ tsp "Nisos Gi" dry cilantro
- ¼ cup "Green Family" tahini
- ⅛ cup water
- Juice from a ½ small lemon
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp "Maple Shek" maple syrup
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley to taste (chopped)
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
